Minister: Georgian troops hold S. Ossetia capital

TBILISI, Georgia (AP) - A Cabinet minister says Georgian troops havetaken control of the capital of the separatist province of South Ossetia.Georgian Reintegration Minister Temur Yakobashvili says that Georgianforces captured the city of Tskhinvali in Friday's offensive.Yakobashvili's statement contradicted statements by separatist leaderswho said they remained in control of the city.
