Gen. Anatoly Khrulev, commander of Russia’s 58th army, was wounded afterthe Russian military convoy was attacked in South Ossetia, the Russian news TV channel Vesti reported.
Units from the Russia’s 58th army are engaged in fight with the Georgian forces in South Ossetia.Gen. Khrulev was hospitalized in Vladikavkaz, according to the RussianTV, and his life is not endangered.
